Jake turned a hardwood floor nightmare into an great and painless experience for us. He fully over-delivered for us and all of his guys were very professional. I would definitely recommend Colonial to anyone needing work done on their home.

Most of the time, working with contractors is like herding cats, but working with Jake and Colonial was a totally refreshing experience. He was incredibly professional, knew his stuff, and communicated EVERY step of the way, which is so rare these days. We were blown away & will definitely use them again!!

I had Jake and his team come out to build a large deck on my house. From the first visit for the estimate to the final walk-through of the completed project, Jake ensured that the work was executed to plan. They did a fantastic job -- on-time, on-budget and exceeding my expectations for quality and workmanship. The job I had was for a very high, second-story deck off of the back end of my house. Jake was able to come up with a good design that would maximize space under the deck for future expansion, and optimize my budget. He came up with a competitive price, and some decent recommendations that would enable me to add to the deck in the future. Once they started, Jake's team arrived early every day and stayed late (a rarity these days), and paid alot of attention to detail in the joinery and overall craftsmanship. They even took extra time to replace key panels where the grain wasn't as attractive as they wanted (I probably wouldn't have noticed.) I plan on using Colonial Craftsmen Jake and his team in the future for other renovations at my house.

Jake Lisac with Colonial Craftsmen is the first and only construction company we've employed. Knowing how stressful building an addition can be on family life, we were a little concerned at first. (haven't we all heard horror stories!) But Jake took full responsibility for getting everything done right and with a minimum amount of disruption. And our new sunroom which he helped us personalize is just beautiful! We plan on using Colonial Craftsmen again when it's time to renovate the master bath and replace our windows.

Jake and his crew are all fantastic - very professional, efficient, knowledgable and reliable. They were here exactly when they said they would be, were very detail oriented with their work and cleaned up well after themselves. I am extremely pleased with the appearance of my new windows and will definitely keep Jake's number for future projects. I would refer him and his crew to anyone!
