We'll Meet You and Look At Your Project
We'll show up on time and review what you're looking to have done with you. We'll typically ask lots of questions and also present alternative ideas for your consideration. We'll also take measurements and photographs for putting our proposal together.

You Accept Our Proposal
You're about to remodel. How exciting! To move forward you'll need to sign a contract and write a check for the deposit. We will then ask more questions such as how can we gain entrance into your home and where would you like us to park our vehicles? After your acceptance we will have our insurance company send you a certificate of our insurance. We will also begin scheduling the work with the necessary crews and supply companies. We will remain in contact with you through the start date.

We'll Present Our Proposal
Typically done in person, we'll present you with our proposal for your project as well as any options that you've asked us to price out. Our proposal will include a general project overview, a detailed scope of work, a timeframe of work, any allowance items, any optional items, and a payment schedule.

We Begin Work
We will meet with our crews on site and walk them through the project. If your project is inside, we'll cover all floors and plastic off all work areas. Most projects involve demolition, and to remove demolition debris, we have a large dump trailer. This will be on site only for the demo and then it's gone. No more unsightly dumpsters hogging up the driveway. Our crews arrive daily between 7:30am and 8:00am in the morning.

We Complete the Project
Upon completion, we'll do a walk through with you to make sure you're satisfied. We will schedule any touch ups requested in a timely manner. After receiving the final payment, we'll issue you a warranty certificate and give you a signed lien waiver.
